CFS Strong Island Voices worked together to hold the 3rd Annual Giveback Letter Writing event this month. The advocacy group participated in the “The Happy Mail Program”. The Happy Mail Program ensures each letter will be given to an elderly person living in a long-term care facility. A kind word can change a persons entire day.
These advocates wrote special messages of encouragement and sent holiday cards to spread cheer. As always, you did a wonderful job advocates! Way to give back this holiday season!
