Carmen is an exceptional staff member who has earned the respect of supervisors, service recipients, colleagues and family members. Due to her excellent work performance and professionalism, Carmen does not only perform the duties of a Direct Support Professional, but she has also been an inspiration to other staff members here at The Center for Family Support (CFS).
Carmen is a resourceful and charismatic person who works hard and dedicates herself to making a positive impact on others. She transmits her knowledge and experiences to peers by displaying a genuine care for the people she supports.
Carmen has guided the participant she works with, Allyson, in such an effective way that nothing but success has been achieved despite numerous challenges. According to Allyson’s mother, Carmen is reliable, attentive, shows concern, and goes out of her way to make sure her daughter receives all the assistance needed to make consistent progress.
Carmen is a key part of the Day Habilitation program.
