Physical Series “Creative Movement”

The Pillars of Wellness:

The Pillars of Wellness is a 13 week series, held from July 1st through September 30th. It will focus on four areas of a person’s wellbeing which include financial wellness, social wellness, emotional wellness and physical wellness. You must receive services from The Center for Family Support to part-take in any of these classes. At the duration of the 13 classes, each CFS participant will receive a certificate of completion.

Physical Series “Creative Movement”

This is a weekly class that will focus on different ways to stay physically well. Different modified approaches to remain active and nutrition suggestions will be discussed. Prior to registering, please ensure this class is right for you.
