Emotional Series “Healthy Mind Healthy Body”

The Pillars of Wellness:

The Pillars of Wellness is a 13 week series, held from July 1st through September 30th. It will focus on four areas of a person’s wellbeing which include financial wellness, social wellness, emotional wellness and physical wellness. You must receive services from The Center for Family Support to part-take in any of these classes. At the duration of the 13 classes, each CFS participant will receive a certificate of completion.

Emotional Series “Healthy Mind Healthy Body”

This weekly class will focus on managing anxiety and stress. It will provide strategies for maintaining a positive emotional balance.

Please come weekly with an open mind and ready to participate!
