The Center for Family Support (CFS) is thrilled to announce that our very own Nadine Daley has joined the Board of Directors at the New York Alliance for Inclusion Innovation. Nadine began working at CFS as a residence manager in Staten Island in 2007 and has since become CFS’ Director of Innovative Planning and Advocacy Services & Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Officer.
The New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation (NY Alliance) envisions a society where individuals with disabilities are contributing citizens with equal rights and the ability to live full, productive and meaningful lives. Their mission is to serve as a catalyst for positive change and a leading resource for individuals with disabilities, their families, and the organizations supporting them.
At CFS, Nadine works with all levels of staff across CFS’ programs and departments to identify and implement changes across the organization so that we can fulfill our mission and aim to be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Nadine has helped us build a unique and powerful advocacy program at CFS so that every individual we serve has a voice. She also leads our innovation planning, finding creative solutions to the issues and needs that participants identify through a person-centered approach. Much to Nadine’s credit, CFS participants are highly involved in determining the kind of personalized support we provide to them. Under her leadership, we now also have three dynamic advocacy groups working and representing our participants and the issues that impact them in New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey.
Nadine believes in CFS affirming that the individuals we support are the experts in their own lives. Innovation is built on asking ‘What are we doing? What do we have to get better at?’ It’s about honoring and celebrating people as they manage their lives.

Nadine’s appointment to the Board of Directors at the New York Alliance for Inclusion Innovation is a testament to her outstanding work and dedication to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are confident that she will continue to be a valuable asset to the NY Alliance in achieving its vision and mission, and to all the cross-cutting issues our organization shares with others in the Alliance.
