Crystal has a close connection with many of the residents at Bryant Ave. She is a joy to be around; her positive attitude is contagious, and the residents all enjoy when she is working.
Crystal is known to actively participate and motivate everyone to get out in their community and enjoy all that is has to offer. Bryant Ave has been very active going to community events like the carnival, Great Adventure Amusement Park, plays, etc. & she has gladly been forefront in planning some of these events.
Crystal loves to bring people together! There is nothing like a themed birthday party with great food and music to make an event spectacular. Crystal helps to facilitate relationships among peers in residential; when celebrating birthdays, she welcomes friends from other residences. Crystal always makes everyone feel special.
