Jen’nelle also known as “Jay” started with The Center for Family Support (CFS) in June 2017 and has won the hearts of residents at Bryant Avenue. He has shown an excellent work ethic and is dedicated to the people he serves.
Jay is all about working together as a team to get the job done. He has a great rapport with everyone he works with including his fellow employees, service recipients and their families. Jay goes above and beyond and has even supported residents at Bryant to stay connected with the people who are important to them. It has been noted that some relatives even will call to speak directly with Jay as he is very involved and a caring staff member.
Furthermore “Jay” has been influential with encouraging community connections such as “The Juneteenth Parade” and “Irish Fair”. He reinforces that there is no limit to a person’s potential and is able to help a person tap into their strengths.
Jay has made a great impact on Bryant Avenue and is an excellent example of what it is to be a Direct Support Professional.
